Dieser Small Batch des Eden Mill Single Malt wird aus einer perfekten Kombination von First-Fill-Bourbon-Fässern und Ex-Foloroso-Sherry-Fässern hergestellt, wobei der Geist aus heller, gemälzter Gerste destilliert wird. Das Ergebnis ist ein wunderbar reichhaltiger Dram, der Noten von karamellisierten Birnen und Fruchtstreuseln mit Untertönen von Haselnusspraline und einem lang anhaltenden pfeffrigen Abgang aufweist.
