DESCRIPTION

Fass Nr. 17-598 ist ein erstbefülltes Marsala-Fass, das am 23. August 2017 abgefüllt und am 8. Februar 2022 mit 55,8% ABV abgefüllt wurde. Die Spirituose darin ist ein getorfter Whisky, destilliert aus gemälzter Gerste, die mit dem aromatischen und einladenden Torf der schottischen Highlands auf 50 PPM geräuchert wurde. Nicht kühlgefiltert und von natürlicher Farbe, sind von dieser Einzelfassabfüllung nur 408 Flaschen erhältlich.

TASTING NOTES

Nase Nose	Lagerfeuerrauch und Tabakblätter öffnen sich zu Butterscotch, Feigen und einem Hauch von Marzipan.
Gaumen Palate	Süßer Rauch und dunkle Schokolade am Gaumen führen zu einer Schärfe von schwarzem Pfeffer mit Noten von rotem Apfel, Mandeln und Mürbeteigkuchen.
Abgang Finish	Lang mit anhaltender Pfefferkornwürze und süßem Rauch.
