DESCRIPTION
Die ausgewählten Fässer aus amerikanischer Eiche wurden von den Bimber-Küfern vor Ort von Hand bis zur Stufe 4 verkohlt - auch bekannt als "Alligator char".

Durch die tiefe Verkohlung wird der Holzzucker karamellisiert, die Oberfläche des Fasses wird mit einer filternden Kohleschicht versehen und der Whisky erhält unverwechselbare süße, reichhaltige, weiche und fruchtige Aromen in der reifenden Spirituose.

TASTING NOTES
Nase
Nose		 Obstgartenfrüchte und am Spieß geröstete Ananasstücke werden mit Honig, Nougat und Keksteig gesüßt. Eichenrauch und Holzkohle schweben über der Nase, während Zimt und Pfeffer eine belebende Intensität bieten.
Gaumen
Palate		 Rote Äpfel und reife Birnen stehen neben Bananenbrot und Ananassaft. Karamell, Karamellsoße und aufgeschnittene Vanilleschoten vereinen sich mit Pfeffer- und Ingwerwürze und einer charakteristischen Note von verkohlter Eiche.

Finish		 Anhaltender Holzrauch unterstützt die schön ausklingenden Früchte und die perfekt ausbalancierte Eichentrockenheit.
